Made a payment for my bill and and it’s took the money for my bank account but still showing up that I haven’t paid

It looks like you have paid twice there is a credit on your account which you can request as a refund on My Account.

Payment systems sometimes take a day or two to update, especially over a weekend, @122233, even if the money shows as having left your bank account.
Ensure that you have completed your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your aaccount. Go via your avatar/name; settings. From the drop down menu: Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
Staff reply during the day, Monday to Friday.
