Phone Boost Remove

How do I get Phone boost removed? I don't use it.

If I can't get it removed I'll go to another provider.

I have removed the boost, all calls are now chargeable.

If you don't have the option available in My Account then you can contact customer services to remove it for you. Alternatively, the support team here can do it for you, make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account. and then wait for them to respond.

 

I will move this to the Billing section, it isn't a Home Phone issue as such.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
