Title says it all.
Got an email from Talk Talk in Sep 23, about an upgrade. I was promised £25 gift voucher for the inconvenience.
I had the upgrade, then NOTHING - though the small print did say wait up to 45 days.
So I waited.
Then I contacted GiftCloud. Nothing, other than to direct me to City Fibre.
I email City Fibre and waited about 14 days. Nothing, they said I need to talk to Talk Talk.
I talked to Talk Talk who said I needed to wait 14 days. Guess what? Yep, NOTHING.
Am I the only one that was duped into the upgrade?

It is now 20 Feb 24, still no definitive answer. Despite having talked with TalkTalk via Chat and posted on this forum <Sigh>

Any idea how long this will take? Given the voucher was promised for the inconvenience in Sep 23, might a little bit of speed in sorting out the matter be in order?
