I placed an order for the Fibre 900 package, my cashback with Quidco was not tracked, in order to trace the order they need an Order Prefixed with S however my order number is prefixed with FTTP_0xxxxxxx. Can you please let me know who I can contact to obtain my order number prefixed with an S ?

Did you ever get a reply for this? I'm in the same situation.
I won't be using Quidco again for broadband. My Sky broadband never tracked either.

Go via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. If you were previously on FTTC and have a landline phone number from Talktalk add this, & the account holder's name. Add your home address. SAVE CHANGES.
