For Talk Talk Support - Talk Talk WiFi Hub Black - Huawei DG8041W

Another question about the Black Router for anyone from Talk Talk.

I have just received a letter about my new contract and it states WiFi hub Black with a charge of £110.

When I negotiated I was told this was free and I would receive a WIFI Hub Black.

I never received a WIFI Black hub, I got an orange Sagem one.

Please can you clarify the situation.
