Removing the Unlimited Calls boost

Hello. I've come to the end of my contract and want to extend, but there is no option to remove/uncheck the £16 Unlimited Calls boost. I never use my landline so have no need for this.

Can someone assist?

I'm confused. It's the same email address I use to log into my account.
