Got an email saying  "Your account is in credit by: -£43.81" I logged into my account and said its due on the 9th. I just had my final bill 9 days ago so  I don't know what the charge is for and when I click on my bills the webpage doesnt load. Also want to return my equipment but didn't receive a bag.

Hello,

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

  • Name
  • Telephone number or Account number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Thanks

Michelle

If it's in credit, it's an amount due to you, not what you owe TalkTalk @MrNancy

You will continue to get bills until your account shows nothing owed.

There should be a button below the credit that will enable you to request the amount is sent back to your bank, providing your direct debit remains in place. If it does not allow you to request it it will be because it is in the process of sending you a bill. Once you receive this, you can then log on and request.

Please remember to mark Solved Posts with Best Answer. Doing so helps other customers and saves TalkTalk's Support Team time by only looking at unsolved topics. Thanks, Steve (a fellow customer).
