Returns bag request

Hello, I have cancelled my service and have been told that I will receive a returns bag, but am no longer at the address for the account. How can I request a bag be sent to my new address?

Just put your NEW address in the Private Notes section of your community forum profile, @Gemma35.

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; drop down menu.... Personal Information. At the end of that area you'll see a section for Private Notes. Put your new address details in there and SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Staff will pick up your thread after the weekend. Moving this to the billing section of the forum. 

 

P.S. also, in Personal Information, put the phone number (Talktalk landline) that will help identify your account. SAVE CHANGES there too.
