I was promised a returns bag for my old defunct router, but it has not arrived. 

Can you try again please. Sorry saying i need to send back by 28th April but not got anything yet and don't want to be chanrge £50

The charge has been removed, the bill in My Account does not update to show this, but the transaction history will show that there is nothing owed.

Sorry for misunderstanding, i have already returned!! 

 

Please could you check and take the £50 charge of my bill as it already been returned last month. @Chris-TalkTalk @Arne-TalkTalk

I have added the tracking number to the account and the charge will be cleared.

i Just had a bill for £50 as it saying i didn't return but i did return and i got confirmation below. Please can this be picked up and removed from my bill. @Chris-TalkTalk
