Hello,
I've just received my first paper bill to which theres no suprise that I've been charged £2.75 for a paper bill I never asked for. The joys of being a TalkTalk customer.
I'm still unable to access the billing section within my account, which I was told would be resolved as they were having issues with it at that time.
Please can this be resolved or I will be taking this further.
