Hello,

 

I've just received my first paper bill to which theres no suprise that I've been charged £2.75 for a paper bill I never asked for. The joys of being a TalkTalk customer.

 

I'm still unable to access the billing section within my account, which I was told would be resolved as they were having issues with it at that time.

 

Please can this be resolved or I will be taking this further.

Ah, so you've got access now?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Looks like the bill issue is caused by my adblocker.

Thanks, is this permanent? I don't want paper bills.

 

In terms of accessing my bills in my account. I just get a infinite loading bar across various devices.

What happens when you try to view your bill online?
