Hi all!

Anyone else having issues with rewards vouchers. I signed up at the end of October to full fibre and part of the incentive was a £100 voucher. Still recieved nothing....

Emailed giftcloud at the beginning of February, took them nearly 4 weeks to just say it was a talktalk issue and contact them, helpful!.

Communication is poor regarding this, if there is a delay, surely this should be communicated.

If your providing a reward to sign up it should be fulfilled in a timely manner.

Any help, guidance greatfully recieved.

Please wait for staff to reach your own thread, @Shaznan.

 

As explained there, you do need to give it the full number of days before it can be chased up. All valid voucher claims are honoured, and if there's a problem with the voucher it's sorted out in My Account as described by the OP.

Yes they have thanks. For anyone still having issues they have credited the amount to my bill, whilst not ideal as I have to now request a refund, it's better than waiting in limbo for the other side to sort it out. 👍

Exactly the same problem. I contacted TalkTalk who are trying to pass the buck to Gift Cloud and Gift Cloud are stating it's a TalkTalk problem. It is TalkTalk's problem because the contract was made through TalkTalk and by not receiving the promised voucher it is a breach of contract.

 

I escalated my complaint with TalkTalk before I start a formal complaint, TalkTalk informed me that they would give me an update within seven working days.
