@Luke£#7, these are the details re the Jobcentre deals, displayed on MSE website:

It is for people looking for work rather than on Pension Credit, and it's just 6 months.

 

If you are out of contract, try to renew at a better discount. 

 

It would give you longer term financial stability. 

 

Careful changing contract more than 3 months before the end of the current one as there can be a hefty admin charge.

TalkTalk do not have a social tariff but have a scheme via the Job Centre, where you need to be referred by them if you need broadband to apply for jobs.

 

I think this is for new customers only but can't find the link for info.
