Still getting billing emails

I have left talk talk back in May 2023 service has been disconnected.

Why is talk talk still sending me bills via email? It states £0.00 but it's annoying.

Is there a way to stop them? There's no unsubscribe.

That bill produced on the 07.07 will be the last one.

The bill saying £0.00 is to let you know that it is safe to stop the Direct Debit, @T-Bone0510.

 

The account itself remains accessible for a year.
