I have cancelled my account and the 30 day notice period finished on June the 19th, and was GUARANTEED that the service would stop on this date. I was asked not to cancel my direct debit and talk talk will process the cancellation and will sort the final pay. I am still being billed for the line I cancelled.
I work long hours and the help line does not work on weekends and out of hours.
Can some one help me with this. Talk talk now owes me money and I want this sorted. They are not making cancellation on line easy at all.

It looks like the cease order failed, but has been put back through.
Your account will cancel ASAP.

If you cancelled by phone already, @sumayah, Chat should be available today to check what's going on (Chat doesn't do cancellations but can investigate).

The phone support should be open till 7pm on weekdays and 9am till 6pm on Saturdays (sadly not Sundays).
