CSV verions of complete monthly bill

Has anyone noticed that TalkTalk has stopped enabling the download of the complete monthly bill in CSV format?

Previous to May 2023 one could download the full bill in either PDF or csv.

Now only the itemised calls are available in this format.

Has anyone found a solution to this?

Many thanks

Garry

This sounds like something from the Indian call centre which have been sending letters. Only showing that they have no idea what they are talking about, and have no understanding of the issue.

If the formatting on the itemised billing can be issued in csv format then why not the whole bill?

Yes - I noticed it yesterday when I was catching up with my finances.  Very irritating because I don't want bloated PDFs that go into 3 or 4 pages when I could get the whole lot onto a single page (or 2 at most) with Excel from a CSV.  Does it matter if the CSV doesn't preserve formatting?  Not a jot to me - I have an Excel template to sort that out.

Please reinstate CSV - those who prefer PDF can still get their bills that way.

Hi GarryLD

Ive been told the option has been removed as the CSV version doesn't hold the formatting of the bill.

Dear Arne,

So far you are the only person who seems to be able to understand this point.

All replies from TalkTalk help have completely missed the point or do not/refuse to understand the issue.

Many thanks,

Garry
