Still haven’t received my voucher for signing up

Hi there when I enjoyed it stated that I would receive a voucher and I’ve been with talk talk for over 3 months and it still hasn’t come through. I’m aware it comes through gift cloud but I still haven’t received it.

Did you sign up though a comparison site, ie uswitch/ compare the market
