I closed my account last month, just after paying a bill for this month. I am owed a credit of £20+. but my account has been closed online, and neither my email address nor physical address are registered on the system, so I can't contact anyone about this. What do I do?

There is a refund on your other account 2236 has been processed, and should be with you in a few days.

@domclark, I have removed some numbers from display as the full numbers should not be posted in a public thread.
Please add the full details of the other account in Private Notes, near the end of the Personal Information area of your profile. Go via your avatar, settings. SAVE CHANGES.
You didn't mention two accounts in your original post, so staff will only have been looking at the account associated with your forum details.

I am still waiting to hear about my refund. My account number is (was) ending....2236, and i have heard nothing from Talk Talk.
This should not be confused with my OTHER account that has indeed received a refund (ending ......6007).

I have moved this to the Billing section for you. You should still have access to My Account even after leaving. The support team here can check what's going on for you, but bear in mind that they won't be back online now until Monday.
