Hi, not sure the best location for this post.
Last week I was having a telephone conversation with TalkTalk. A few days after I received an email with a survey about my telephoning experience. As the call had gone OK I filled in the survey giving the telephone representative a good score.
Today I received a call from TalkTalk with regards to the answers I'd giving in the survey, asking why I'd given a low score.
I was asked to confirm my name and email. When also asked for address I got a bit suspicious, and after telling the caller that I hadn't given a low score I hung up.
Do these sorts of calls happen, or is it something to be concerned about?
Many thanks

Hi dazzleman1
It was a genuine call, made by our loyalty team based on a call made to us on the 14th about a cancellation, the agent filled out a form for a callback.
Sorry that this wasn't explained
