@leegolding, precisely because it was a final bill, they probably cannot compromise. 

 

If you were disconnected because of already not keeping up with the bills, and had not pre-arranged flexible payment, you must be able to see this from Talktalk's perspective too. It costs them to administer and chase up payment.
