After having lots of problems I've left talktalk.
Before leaving I started a new 24 month contract but then decided it wasn't for me so I gave notice to leave within the 14 day cooling off period.
My final bill was £244.48 with termination charges
whivh I was told I wouldn't have to pay.
I've logged into my account but because I'm not a customer I can't access my bills or use online chat.
The only option I can use is to pay the bill which I'm disputing.
Can anyone help?

I can now access my bills and live chat since I posted on here.
Before,there was no chat button and the view bills page would not load.
Coincidence?!?!?
I will see what happens on live chat.

At the bottom of the page, it says "The easiest way to start a live chat is to select the Live Chat button near the top of this page".
When one goes back, there is no Chat button.
I've noticed this before.

@tubby885, you should be able to see your bills for up to a year after you leave, I understand. Staff will clarify.
You don't need to even be logged in to My Account to use Chat.
Anyone should be able to access it just by clicking on a "Chat Now" button anywhere on the website.
