Hi,
On the 24th Jan i paid my broadband bill however on 2 occasions it timed out and threw me back to the payment page citing "technical difficulties and to try again" I did so again and on the 3rd occasion completed and got the confirmation email. It wasnt until i have checked my bank it shows that the first 2 payments (completely unknown to me) had been taken by talktalk and has left my bank. I have spoken to customer services and they asked for transactions references but the only references were the date and "BCC", no numbers or anything.
There must be some record of these 2 overpayments somewhere as they have been taken! I just want my money back can anyone please help

Speak to your card issuer and request an indemnity claim for the other two payments, there is only 1 payment showing on the account I can send you the auth code that was successful.
