Topcashback: Order Number Beggining with N7 N8 or S0

Hi all, 

I have a claim with Topcashback for missing cashback. They are asking for an account/order/sale id beginning with N7", "N8" or "S0", but I could not find any.

Does anyone know where I can find it?
