Hi DawnEDeans

What happens when you click on the bills and payment section from the pull down menu on the top right?

OK, make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that the support team here can have a look at what's going on.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

Hi Ferguson

Thanks for your advice. I cleared cache etc and used another browser and still get the same response. It is only the My BILLS window that says 'Oops, it looks like there is a technical problem. The other windows of MY PACKAGE & SERVICES, HELP & SUPPORT, FIX A PROBLEM WITH YOUR SERVICE and MY OFFERS & UPGRADES are working fine! So still not sure what to do!

I just checked My Account and it's working fine for me. Have you tried the usual e.g. clearing cookies/cache; disable ad blockers; enable pop ups etc? Or try a different browser?
