Does anyone have any idea how I can get our house address corrected. The house number is wrong. Usually no problem as I doubt we need any written letters.
But it is a BIG problem now because CityFibre cannot upgrade our broadband with the wrong house address. We have raised this several times over the past probably ten years. I used the chat option yesterday and was assured it was updated but it clearly is not when I check my account online. And CityFibre have cancelled our appointment until Talktalk can corrrect the address.

Oh i see it was 19 instead of 18, so ive put the request through to update it, usually takes between 10-14 days for the update to filter through.

I have done that now. According to customer service the address is now correct but it is still wrong on the talktalk dashboard.

Hi @CWDownley you need to ask tt to make an ORDI request for you.
If you could update your community profile to include your landline phone number and account number things will go faster. Please don't post personal information here in the community
