Fire destroyed modem and phone

Hi I'm a talk talk customer and pay monthly for my broadband and IV had to stay in a hotel till flat sorted from fire which destroyed modem and phone amongst other things is there a way where like EE pay as you go do on my tablet as I'm doing that now paying for 5 days internet . Is this possible with talk talk...thanks

I'll move this to billing, @NICHOLAS123, but not very clear what you are asking.

 

If you are unable to live at home for a while, is there free WiFi in the hotel? Usually it comes with no charge.

 

It's not possible to stop services when we are away for whatever reason  - many people will not be at home for 2 - 3 weeks at a time (but usually not because of such an upset as a fire). The normal minimum term contract Ts&Cs apply. 

 

It does sound as though you will be in need of new equipment, wire checking etc.

 

Please clarify your situation.
