I can't get the page to load to view my bills, complained about this and TT say they can't see what the problem is. Please, could someone contact me to help sort it out.

One suggestion I found was to turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection on that website using the shield icon.

Google it? I used to use Firefox for years as my browser of preference, but it just seemed to get more and more flaky and became so unreliable that I eventually and reluctantly gave it up.

Any number of things. You may have to just resign yourself to using an alternative for this purpose.

I use Firefox. can get it to load in Edge and Google, but sorry I am not changing my browser. What is stopping it from loading in Firefox?

Ok done that, details are up to date, pop ups are allowed and the account number is removed for security.

Make sure that you have any ad blockers on your browser disabled and that pop ups and redirects are allowed.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
