referred a friend in November to talk talk. We are both still waiting for our voucher. Gift cloud have sent me an email today saying No further action on their end and to contact talk talk. I’ve been backwards and forwards, emailing and calling and still nothing? Does anyone actually get these vouchers?

Hi there @Lozc88 we'll need your friend or neighbor to contact our Refer a Freind VIP team using the number 08000491160. The new customer will need to provide the referring customer's email address (Your email address) so we can investigate what has happened. You should make sure that you provide this to your friend or neighbor before they contact us.

 

They will assist with information regarding your friends voucher also.

fraudulent way to convince people to sign up for talk talk products….6 months later and still nothing 🤔 why would it take so long to give you something you were promised upon completion of purchase?

There are delays with vouchers at the moment,  I have passed your account details to the team who are responsible for issuing the vouchers.

It's in the right place, @Lozc88, but several messages seem to have been missed. There may be an issue with the software for getting messages into the queue for staff attention, so I'll re-escalate the thread anyway and flag up the possibility of an issue with the workflow.
