As has been mentioned by myself and others on here - why is this option missing from my account to allow me to select/deselect as required?

Can someone from TT team please look into this and respond?

No, periodically the issue seems to resurface, @Alvwiam5.

 

Phone 03451 720088 or use Chat to get it removed for you.

 

If you have further problems, please start your own thread and staff will look into it later in the week.

I've just been trying to deselect the Unlimited UK Calls Boost, but I cannot find a button that would enable me to do this. I thought from the string of email below that the matter had now been resolved.

I think they have gotten to the bottom of it, and requested the boost to be removed. 

 

I will check again on Monday.

Sorry to grumble on - but this is getting beyond parody now.  Many a week has passed by and still I have an item on my TT Account (Unlimited calls boost) I do not want, I have no way (until it is allegedly sorted) to remove it and yet still , from what I can see/hear prices will be going up next month.

Please remind me what it is I am actually paying for?

Please tell me this can be sorted?

Please tell me why it is taking so long to be sorted?

I will request an update, the fault is with the developers, as the boost is  showing active, but we are not getting the option to remove it from the backend system.

@Les52, your thread from yesterday became quite lengthy, which pushed it back in the queue for attention. 

 

It's a quirk of the automatic workflow, but it does mean that it is actually better to wait for staff to reach your thread before posting further. 

 

Staff work from oldest to newest posts generally and are catching up after the weekend. 

 

The issue in My Account seems to be cropping up more frequently again which is a real nuisance for customers. 

 

Staff will reply to your original post.
