Hi. I am currently enjoying an offer for this, free until 8 February. I am unable to cancel this myself via My Account as the option is simply not there. I have reported this before and I believe others have done also.

 

So I got onto live chat yesterday and Amanda confirmed that she had done the cancellation for me. However, when I checked this morning it still appears as part of my package. So I would be grateful if you could have a look please, perhaps there is a lead-in time? If it has not in fact been cancelled then please go ahead and do so.

Thanks @Arne-TalkTalk. Literally minutes after your reply I got an email confirming that it has been done and My Account has also been updated, would that be your actions? If so it is sorted now it would seem, many thanks as always.
