Upgrading service - No confirmation email

Hi,

 

I wonder if you can help. I recently tried going through the upgrade process to upgrade to fibre 500. I selected the install date for June 2nd, but nothing happened. No confirmation email and no engineer showed up. I've done it again, but the install date is now for June 19th. Again, no confirmation email.  I can't see anything on the account which suggests the order has gone through?

 

Can someone please confirm if the order is now under way?

I cant see any order for full fibre on your account, Have you called us?
