Viewing bill online

I am an ex-Shell customer and have just received an e-mail that my first bill is ready. I have logged into my account to view and download the bill but it fails to load - the "Loading" page just has the dots going round and round and after 5 minutes of watching, I give up. The same happens if I click on the "Help" icon and opt for "Chat" - endless circling of dots
Why is this happening and who can do anything about it?

Thank you for the advice. Removing adblocker on my usual browser made no difference. However, changing browser has worked and I have now downloaded the bill
However, I resent having to use a different browser just to get at my phone bills, especially as I didn't ask to move to TalkTalk and I found it impossible to register the account online because you didn't already have an e-mail address for me. It was a typical "Computer says no" episode - "to start enter your e-mail address" - "we don't have that address on our records so you can't proceed". Support's fatuous suggestion was to try a different e-mail address, as if that would make any difference. Only managed it in the end because we got a fault on the line and when speaking to your technician about it, he kindly added my e-mail to your records
My experience of TalkTalk so far is as bad as I feared it would be, given your dreadful reputation. I will be closing my account with you as soon as I've set up a new account elsewhere

Do you have a pop up blocker as this may be preventing this opening. If so try disabling this.
Have you tried right mouse clicking on the link and opening in a new tab?
Please remember to mark Solved Posts with Best Answer. Doing so helps other customers and saves TalkTalk's Support Team time by only looking at unsolved topics. Thanks, Steve (a fellow customer).

Hi Erithian
This usually caused by a pop-up/ad blocker stopping the site loading, can you try a different browser and ensure pop-ups are allowed for our site,
Regards
