Having loved in, when I try to view my bill a message comes up saying I am not authorised to view it. I haven't been able to see this nor last months bill. Can you fix?

I cant replicate the issue you are seeing, can you please try to use a different browser/ device and see if the same issue happens , if so can you screenshot it and send it to me on PM on the community.
