Voucher not received

Hi, I renewed my contract in March 2023, as part of the offer to renew I was offered a voucher for supermarkets/debit card/or  something else which would be sent to me via email after 6 weeks and then I would have to claim it.

 

6 weeks have now passed but I have not received anything via email and I have checked my junk email folder just incase it went there but nothing.

 

Please can you check my account to let me know how long it will be before it is sent and how long I have to claim it.  Thank you.
