On Feb 17th I ordered over the phone TalkTalk broadband - no landline just broadband-switching from Virgin. I received a
contract with no name or account number on it.
It was installed by City Fibre on March 22nd and is up and running connected to Talk Talk.
On trying to log in to My Account it tells me I am not registered. When I try to register it says my (hotmail) address is not recognised despite me having been sent a contract to the address.
Customer Services cannot help as I have failed the security questions?????
My bank has not set up a direct debit !! so at present I have unlimited broadband at no cost!!
Can anyone tell me how I can find my account?????

Does the contract you where sent have an FTTP number anywhere on the page?
