Being passed from pillar to post trying to obtain my £130 voucher since the end of March. Promise after promise, no responses to texts most of the time, when a response is given it's a cut and paste job by someone who's not read the history.
Can someone from talktalk have a look into this?

I’m still waiting 7 weeks even after having contacted gift cloud and opened a dialogue with one of their agents.
Have you emailed giftcloud
However it seems that TT and gift cloud have poor communication with each other so trying to get either, or both, to action this satisfactorily is problematic
