l have left you. I have paid all the rest over money already. But I have received an email about next payment due on 20/12/2025 £12.
which is very frustrating email.
can you explain please about these £12.
i already did not have good experience with talk talk and now getting these kind of emails are really upsetting.

The charge is a late payment fee as the final bill was not paid on time.
