Hi there,


I'd be grateful for your help in chasing this up, but it is rather a shame so many coimmunity members need to resort to this. What about all the poeple who can't be bothered or don't have the time to chase? It really really doesn't reflect well on TalkTalk. Extract from email received 31st Oct below. Have emailed Awin on 17/02/19 and again on 28/02/19 and have not received a response.

It makes you wonder if anyone gets a email reply,yet the OCEs can get it sorted awin or alose that is the question.
