I was moving from talk talk to SKY and cancelled my talk talk. I then received a call from talk talk asking me stay. I was offered a reduced rate and a £100 voucher to stay. So I went back to talk talk but haven’t received any word from talk talk regarding the voucher. This was done direct with talk talk and not via a comparison website. Who do I email or call to discuss this and get my voucher?
