My bill has just risen a terrific amount without notice and I cannot get in touch with anyone at talk talk, anyone experienced the same issues?

Hi @Blurby

It looks like the calls boost has failed, so you are being charged for calls.

I will log a fault for this.

I'll move this to the billing section for you, @Blurby, but staff won't reply till after the weekend.

They can't do a deal for you: you absolutely need to phone 03451 720088 and speak to the Retentions  / loyalty team for that.

Forum staff can check that the contract is processed correctly etc.

Discounts will have ended. Some boosts are included free in your package but not necessarily for the entirety of the minimum term.

If you are outside the minimum term you contracted for, the whole price will go up and stay up on a rolling monthly basis unless you renew, @Blurby.

Check back through emails/spam as you will have received notifications if the end of a deal was pending and details of your options.

Or just compare the details of old bills with the new one. It will all be itemised, including older ones showing the end of contract date.

Phone lines and live Chat open at 9am.
