cancel talktalk tv

i am unable to cancel talktalk tv as there is no option even though it clearly states that i can cancel at any time. i would like it removed as i no longer watch tv.

Unfortunately Its never been available in My Account. 

The guidance I've been given is its not viewed as a standard boost. 

We have raised this to the My Account team numerous times.

I am just a bit confused as to why i could not do this from the my account page. It does give me the option to add/remove other addons but just not the TV.

I have requested the TV service is removed from your account, and cleared the £5 off your recent bill.
