The second order was outside of the promotional offer period so , when its escalated it rejected because of this.

No, I didn’t get the email confirmation. Here’s some history of how I got into new contract. Last May during echo dot promotion, I secured a new contract and told that I’m eligible for the promotion. got the replacement also for my router to eero.  Last August, when I inquired about my contract and echo dot , I was informed that the order was rejected  by the supplier or not updated by City Fibre team.  I then place a new order as suggested and hence got a new contract again. I asked about the echo dot promo and told me still part of the package but have to wait for 60 days.

Who offered you the echo dot I cant see a promotion around the time you renewed.
