my bill went up 20 pounds in 1 year and i don.t use any boosts

It looks like you are coming to the end of your contract 

 

Best option would be to call the loyalty team on 03451720088 The will be able to see what options are available to reduce your bill

Have you checked in my account to see what exactly you are paying for?

 

This will also tell you if your contract has expired. If so you will probably be paying standard rates. Plus don't forget the increase applied in April.

 

You'd be best phoning the Loyalty Team to see what deals they can offer you and possibly save some money by taking out a new contract.
