netflix charges

I have just realised that I have been charged by talk talk for netflix for over a year I never requested this from talk talk as I pay directly for a netflix subscription.

Talk talk wont help just tell me to contact  netflix

Does this mean you have two accounts numbers with Netflix, if they can see that one has been inactive for a year they might be more cooperative than TT?
