I have spent, literally, hours on Chat and on phone line too trying to sort this out.
Now 6 days with no connection and counting!!! And still paying for no service.
I had a letter from TT saying if dont want copper landline service at an extra £12 pm (I don't) then need to choose one of 3 other options.
I chose Switch to to Full Fibre data-only with no extra cost to monthly bill.
So TT disconnected me and still trying to get reconnected is impossible after 6 days trying!!!
I have been through every possible department including complaints but nobody able to help or sort this out!
I wish Id chosen Option 4 to end my service with no termination charges.
This is the best option and if no
service within next 2 days goodbye TT.
So much for loyalty and valued customers - just meaningless words. I dont want apologies as they dont reconnect my service.
