I think I've been miss sold a package!,....I insisted I have a smart Tv and was happy with channels I have...but the agent insisted I had an old TV Package (legacy) which I didn't and said I would need a,tv package to access the TV now and sign a new 2 year contract. The initial call to agent was to complain as to why my connection kept dropping out and that when I wanted to watch live TV could only get sound but no visual...and had to reset everything to get it going again....but anything else I wanted to watch IE Amazon prime /Netflix was never a problem. very disappointed indeed

If you give our teams a call, just say that you want TV removing from your package and a returns bag for the TV box. They can remove this aspect for you.
