The system will not let me make a one-off payment ??

@Markallen1EA9C4C4ED38AF53 We are glad to hear you have managed to finally make a payment using an alternative payment method, please follow the advise above and start you own thread in future should you require assistance.

I've made a payment after following the link to ways to pay. Made  card payment (don't click in the drop down put your card information in yourself or you will be asked to confirm with a code that's ok but you cannot open your email why you are on the confirm page.) all this just to make a one off payment what a completed why of doing something as simple as making a payment. To everyone best of luck.

There is not an email address to use,  @Markallen1EA9C4C4ED38AF53, unless you want to use the details in the Complaints procedure linked at the foot of any Talktalk page.

Hi there @Markallen1EA9C4C4ED38AF53 . We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.
To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"

Hi I'm having the same problem and its been going on for months. I've tried the chat line and that was a waste of time. All I want to do is keep myself ahead with my payments you would think that they would like that. Come on talktalk sort it out. And before I forget give me an email address so I don't have to us that bloody AI it is as useful as wet toilet paper.

I login and go to make a one off payment 

I put in the amount 

Go to confirm 

And for some stupid reasons 

It won't let me

I've been with talktalk for over 15 years but since renewing my contract I haven't been able to make a one off payment never had a problem before. I've tried everything come on sort it out. Being able to pay up front helped stop me going into debt. I give up for a communication company your not very good at doing the simple things like communication with customers sort out your out off payment let me confirm my payment its not asking much and it is for your benefit you won't have to chance some of your good customers 

I don't know why I'm writing this as with everything talktalk will just send you to someone else.

I've had this problem too. I was told there was a technical issue that would be resolved but the same problem is there this month too.

What is going on Talk Talk? I think it's a ploy to get everyone on direct debit. 

Talk Talk's reply to your query is inadequate.
