hi guys. just got my latest bill and been overcharged £3.60. checked the itemised info in my account and all the 5 calls were made on 25th april between 11.22am and 12.22pm. i think this was the time and date the engineer came to fix my internet issues. he checked the line a number of times and could well have used this service during his investigations. all calls seem to be from the glasgow area. i never use the phone service at all so this could not have been my mistake. please could you look into this and ammend my bill to it's correct amount. thanks

Yes they are calls made by the engineer, so a credit will be applied.
