Requested calling boost be removed no less than 4 times over the last 6 weeks via live chat. Each time received assurance boost would be removed and I would be refunded £16. Yet 6 weeks later, 4 lots of assurance and one auto email on 3 April stating boost will be removed and it is still on my account and I am still being charged for it! Honestly at my whits end! How the hell do I get this removed from my account and get a refund????

By way of an update - this has now been successfully resolved (in less than 24 hrs) with a few messages to the support team in this Community group - Thank you Arne - Talktalk Support Team.
Fantastic customer service compared to that received from the formalised customer service routes into Talktalk. Would definitely recommend using the Community instead of Talktalk customer service!
