removing Uk Calls boost

I have just renewed my broadband contract under the impression it would be £29 for fibre 65. This has been extremely misleading as i now have a first bill of £50. I have since realised that Unlimited UK Calls Boost has been automatically added as well as a £5 safety service. neither of which i require. I have managed to remove the safety feature but am still stuck with the calls boost i cannot remove in the manage my add ons section. can anyone assist? feeling extremely misled by this.

this has now been resolved with talk talk via chat service. For anyone reading this there has apparently been some delay in updating the website which has led to people being unable to alter certain items in the manage addons section. I have been informed that the unwanted service has been removed and a refund will be credited to my account.

Online renewals tend to include unwanted extras, @kris_shaw.

If you can't remove them yourself, this can be done by calling in or using Chat - so we recommend renewing by these methods all along to avoid this happening. 

Boosts have a minimum one month commitment.
